Welcome to the Princeton, NJ chapter of the Wrestlers in Business Network. We are a non-profit networking group that has been organized with the objective of mobilizing the wrestling community for business, social, and personal purposes. Our goal is to have our members network and prosper together while positioning ourselves as an advocate for wrestling at all levels within the Princeton area.

What prompted a princeton chapter

The wrestling community needs a better way to build business relationships.

  • Hiring the right person is the single biggest success factor in business decisions
  • We want to surround ourselves with those who have competed at the highest levels
  • No organization in Princeton is committed to strengthen the bonds between wrestlers in the business community.

Mission Statement

The mission of this organization is to foster the growth of wrestler-owned or operated businesses across the nation by facilitating business development opportunities and leveraging a talent rich pipeline of wrestling alumni while increasing reinvestment back into the sport. We will establish a reputation that the sport of wrestling is an asset to our community. This will be accomplished in a grass roots effort to give back to the local organizations and universities that support wrestling.

Unique Value Proposition

While alumni networks, business groups, and industry organizations try to connect professionals, WIBN is uniquely designed to interconnect business leaders across the country who share the values forged by wrestling.

Goals of the Princeton WIBN CHapter

The Princeton Chapter’s stated goal is simple: To be the most active chapter in WIBN in the country. The term active is truly going to be defined as the national level against metrics tied to the organization’s state goals. The Princeton leadership team will bring forth any measurement requests to the national board, but ultimately any metrics fall under their responsibility.
