Hire Talented Wrestlers

Wrestlers in Business Network (WIBN), in partnership with the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA), connects organizations with wrestling-developed talent through a trusted, relationship-driven network.

Organizations can engage with WIBN in three ways, depending on the level of access and involvement they are seeking:

  1. Anchor Partnership – a limited, hands-on talent partnership

  2. Career & Internship Postings – paid postings on the WIBN Career platform

  3. Annual Virtual Career Fair – direct access to college wrestlers through a live online event

Partnership Plans

Anchor Partner

$20,000 Annual Partnership

The Anchor Partner program is WIBN’s premier offering and is designed for organizations seeking direct, hands-on support in identifying and placing wrestling-developed talent.

Rather than simply posting roles, WIBN works actively within the wrestling community to source candidates, vet them, and assist with placement based on your organization’s specific needs.

  • Anchor Partners receive year-round access and support, including:

    • Targeted talent sourcing aligned to your hiring needs

    • Candidate vetting through WIBN’s network and direct conversations with wrestling coaches who know these individuals best

    • Introductions and placement support for roles ranging from entry-level to experienced and leadership positions

    • Promotion to 16,000+ high school and college wrestling coaches nationwide through NWCA communications

    • Visibility across WIBN and NWCA websites, newsletters, and digital platforms

    • Complimentary exhibitor access to:

      • WIBN virtual career fairs

      • The annual NWCA Convention

    • Targeted promotion of career and internship opportunities by geography and role type

    • Lead generation from wrestlers who express interest in your organization

Anchor Partnerships are limited and selective to ensure WIBN can provide this level of hands on support. Please email to set up a time to discuss how this partnership may fit with your business.
