At some point in every wrestler’s life, they must transition from competition to career. Your Next Match is a WIBN program designed to help wrestlers through this transition. By providing them a path for their future, we can all give back and grow the wrestling community in the future. If your organization values employees who are hard-working, dedicated, committed, competitive, and have proven their ability to excel during arduous circumstances, then we can help. We offer three partnership options: direct placement of college student athletes, database access for a monthly subscription fee, and college career fair opportunities. DIRECT PLACEMENT
We provide direct placement for specific roles and positions within your organization. In this role, we work directly with exceptionally talented candidates from across the entire country.
PATHWAYS PROGRAM
We offer a program where you will have access to the database of every registered candidate. You will be able to screen candidates and connect with them directly.
CAREER FAIR PARTNERS
We host a career fair where you will have access interview college candidates in our system. You will be able to interview and connect with them directly.
